Ant Group and Ant Construction are responsible for providing technical support to clients in person and remotely. We have a dedicated team that assists in solving problems from the moment they call the customer service line until the caller’s issues are resolved.

Responsibilities

1. Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem.

2. Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue.

3. Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.

4. Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.

5. Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.

6. Follow up with clients to ensure their product are fully functional delivering.

7. Prepare accurate and timely reports.

8. Maintain jovial relationships with clients.
